Configuring Your Web Browser
FlexNet Manager Suite ()
Efficient use of FlexNet Manager Suite may require adjusting your web browser settings.
Note: For practical use, FlexNet Manager Suite requires a minimum horizontal resolution of 1024 pixels in a supported web browser.
Check the following settings on your web browser used to access the central application server:

When Microsoft Edge is used on a server-based operating system (for example, if your inventory beacon has a server operating system), the IE enhanced security provisions must be turned off on that server.
Microsoft Edge Firefox Chrome Safari On the server, open Administrative Tools > Server Manager. Ensure that the Server Manager (top) node is selected, and in the Security Information group, click the Configure IE ESC link. In the Microsoft Edge Enhanced Security Configuration dialog, ensure that the Off radio button is selected for both Administrators and Users. Not applicable. Not applicable. Not applicable. -
JavaScript must be enabled.
Microsoft Edge Firefox Chrome Safari Enabled by default when the site is included in. To validate, Windows Start menu > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options, and select the Security tab. In the top panel, click . Click Custom level.... In dialog, scroll down to the Scripting
section and check that underActive scripting
, the Enable radio button is selected.Open the Options dialog (if need be, click the Firefox button at the top of the window to expose the menu, then Tools > Options), and select the Content tab. Select the Enable JavaScript check box. Safari > Preferences..., select the Security tab, and set the Enable JavaScript check box. -

- Cookies must be enabled for the normal operation of FlexNet Manager Suite. Mandatory cookies are automatically enabled. You will be given the option of allowing or declining optional cookies when you first deploy FlexNet Manager Suite and can thereafter manage cookies on the My Preferences page.

Font download should be enabled for optimum usability of the site.
Microsoft Edge Firefox Chrome Safari Windows Start menu > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options, and select the Security tab. Click Trusted sites, then click Custom level.... Scroll down to the Downloads section, and ensure that Font download has Enable selected. Font downloading is enabled and not easily configurable. -
If you are using Flexera Analytics, ensure that you allow pop-ups, which are required for the Launch button in the toolbar.
