Loading the License-Type Hierarchy

Usually you load the hierarchy from the SAP system on which the LAW is run.

  1. To load the license-type hierarchy:

  3. If you want to switch to a different landscape, click Change Landscape in the top-right corner of the page.

  4. On the License Types: system landscape name page, in the Tasks section, click Load Hierarchy.

  5. In the Load SAP License-Type Hierarchy dialog, click the name of the SAP system from which the license-type hierarchy should be loaded.

  6. Click Create.

The License Types: system landscape name page displays the license-type hierarchy in the License Types grid.

After you loaded the license-type hierarchy from an SAP system, you can view its details and edit it, if necessary.
