Reading the Results of the Module Usage Report

When the results are displayed, you can sort users based on their CPU consumption to identify users with very high or very low CPU usage. Double-click a row to display detailed consumption data in a separate dialog. This shows how the consumption of the individual transactions, jobs, and reports make up the consumption that is displayed and for which object the consumption occurred.
Depending on your requirements, you can sort or filter the report, for example, by SAP module, user group, or the percentage of how much CPU time a user spends in specific modules.
The Analysis Results section provides the following information (you can modify which columns are displayed using Advanced > Choose Fields).

| System ID | The three-character ID of the system on which the module was used. |
| Client | The client ID of the system on which the module was used. |
| User Name | The name of the user whose consumption in the module is analyzed. |
| SAP Basis Module | The SAP Basis Module that was used. This column only contains data, if the module hierarchy for the corresponding system was retrieved. |
| SAP Sub Module | The SAP Sub Module that was used. This column only contains data, if the module hierarchy for the corresponding system was retrieved. |
| Month | The month in which the module was used. |
| Object | The object that was used. |
| CPU Time | The CPU time \(in seconds\) that was used. |
| % CPU | The amount of CPU time that the user spent in the module, expressed as a percentage of the total CPU time. |
| Account No. | The accounting number of the user. |
| Assign. To Special Version | The user's special version, if the user has been assigned one. |
| Chargeable Client ID | The two-character ID of the chargeable user's system client. |
| Chargeable From Date | The start date from which the chargeable user is representing this user. |
| Chargeable System ID | The three-character ID of the chargeable user's system. |
| Chargeable To Date | The end date until which the chargeable user is representing this user. |
| Chargeable User Name | The user name of another user who is representing this user. |
| Company Name 1 | The company name 1 of the user. |
| Company Name 2 | The company name 2 of the user. |
| Cost Center | The user's cost center. |
| Country Surcharge | The user's country surcharge, if the user has been assigned one. |
| Created On | The user's creation date. |
| Developer | Displays a check mark if the user currently has a developer license. **Note:** This field is currently not supported for S/4HANA systems. |
| Division | The user's division. |
| The email address of the user on the system on which the user was identified. | |
| First Name | The first name of the user whose consumption is analyzed. |
| Last Logon Date | The date when the user last logged on to the SAP system. |
| Last Name | The last name of the user whose consumption is analyzed. |
| License Type | The license type that is currently assigned to the user on the system. |
| Locked Status | Indicates whether the user is currently locked. Possible values: - 0: Not locked - 32: Locked by CUA administrator - 64: Locked by administrator - 128: Locked after failed logon |
| Max. Multiple Logon | The maximum number of simultaneous multiple logons that the user had in the specified period. |
| No. Of Multiple Logon | Displays how often the user was logged on multiple times in the specified period. |
| Telephone Extension | The user's phone extension. |
| Telephone Number | The user's phone number. |
| User Group | The group that the user belongs to. |
| User Type | The user type of the user. |
| Valid From | The start date of the user's validity period. |
| Valid To | The end date of the user's validity period. |
