You can manage access rights separately for the following security sections in SAP mode in FlexNet Manager Suite:

• License Position
• Optimization
• Analysis Tools
• Configuration

The first step to managing access rights in FlexNet Manager Suite is to create one or more accounts. Every user who wants to use FlexNet Manager Suite within your enterprise needs an account.

You then assign the account specific roles and define the specific access rights for each role. This is done on the page in FlexNet Manager Suite.

1. To configure access rights for SAP mode:

4. From the Role drop-down list, select an appropriate role from the that enables access to the SAP mode in the FlexNet Manager Suite web interface.

5. Expand the SAP section.

   The main sections within the SAP mode for which you can configure access rights display.

6. Select the corresponding check boxes to allow or deny access to specific features.
